The artist Vein & Skin Care Institute create beautiful brows

Eyeliner:
We perform a lash enhancement that makes the lashes look darker
and fuller, providing an purely natural look. This process involves
applying color directly into the lash line, in between the lashes
and can be done on both the upper and lower lids. Eyeliner can
be done in combination with the lash enhancement. The subtle
combination of a lash enhancement and eyeliner creates a spectacular
look.
Lips:
The application of lip liner or by coloring in the vermilion,
the red, fleshy part of the lips can be an extensive procedure.
